The Legacy of Hirschi (formerly known as the Hirschi Men Can) Scholarship was founded in 2020 by five young male Hirschi high school alumni. They have gone on to become physicians, lawyers, scientific researchers, counselors, professional athletes, and more, embodying the spirit of Hirschi high school with an earnest desire to give back to those who are in similar positions as they once were. The mission of this scholarship is to empower and uplift the next generation of young scholars from Wichita Falls by providing them with the necessary resources, support, and community to achieve their higher educational dreams.

Though Hirschi is no longer a high school, its legacy lives on through its graduates and the city of Wichita Falls. To maintain their mission and continue supporting the students that Hirschi would have educated, the founders have re-established this scholarship at Legacy High School as the Legacy of Hirschi Scholarship. The support of the community has played such a pivotal role in each of their stories, and it takes the strength of a village to raise and pour into each student. With your support, we can continue to pour into our youth by awarding two of these scholarships every year. Every donation counts and every student deserves a community of support behind them.
